Writing and directing representation will evolve as the agency becomes more established, but it does not follow the same established model as finding work for actors, where there are clear casting routes.

For writers and directors, we believe it is about building relationships with venues and producers to introduce our writer and director members and their work.

We at Ignis strive to build working relationships between writers and other creatives within the collective and for members to champion each other’s work.
